FAQ

Browser

I tried to register and it just showed a blank screen. What's the problem?

Our software is compatible with most browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari), however, it is not currently compatible with Internet Explorer. While we are working on updating this issue, we recommend downloading Google Chrome, as it is the fastest. Please let us know if you have any problems or questions.

Downloading Documents

I've purchased the document, so why isn't it letting me download the document?

You may have a pop-up blocker enabled. On the right side of the search bar, click the icon to disable for the site. If the problem persists, please use the chatbot feature in the bottom right corner of the app or Contact Us.

Payments

How many users can we have on a subscription account?

You can have up to 5 users on a subscription account. However, the members on the account must be employees for the same company.

I've purchased multiple documents, but it hasn't shown up on my credit card statement. What's the deal?

For pay-per-document users, we will bill you at the end of the month for all of the transactions for that month.

Why was our first subscription pricing an odd amount?

Our subscriptions are based on the calendar month. For the first month, we have prorated the amount that you paid. If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will not be prorated, but you will have access to the subscription until the last day of the month.

Correcting Indexes

How do I mark a document that is incorrectly indexed?

In the search results or myDocuments, click the icon in the 4th column from the left.

I corrected an index, why hasn't it been updated?

When you correct an index, it is sent to us for verification. Once we verify that the updated information is correct, we will make the correction public.

Do I have to correct the index?

No. If you mark an error in an index, we will correct it as soon as we can. However, you will have to purchase the document.

Runsheets

Can I download a runsheet without purchasing the documents?

Yes.

Can I add indexes to myDocuments without purchasing the documents?

Yes.

Why does the runsheet download as a csv?

Figures are stored in our program as "Comma-Separated Values." If you want to convert into a spreadsheet, you can do 2 things:

1) Open the CSV and "Save As" an Excel Workbook (*.xlsx).

2) Open the CSV and copy and paste the information into a spreadsheet template.
